Managing life with bipolar can be hard, but you don’t have to go it alone.
I partner with individuals who are seeking to find better balance in their experience with bipolar. I am an impartial sounding board, a realistic cheerleader, a thoughtful concierge, and an experienced consultant for those who could use an extra support person on their team.
I’ve been managing bipolar disorder for years, and I know how overwhelming it can be. That’s why I’m eager to help others handle the very real struggle that comes with the territory. As a peer with lived experience I can provide a safe and judgement-free space to communicate about symptoms, feelings, approaches, and ideas related to this complicated disorder.

My approach with clients is to help them identify and stay connected to their own authentic, central, stable self. Some folks choose to work together for a month or two, and others partner with me for a year or more. It’s all about what is best for you.
