I use my experience, perspective, research skills, and creativity to be a supportive sidekick for my bipolar peers.
THERE’S NO NEED TO GO IT ALONE
I’ve been managing bipolar disorder for years, and I know how overwhelming it can be. That’s why I’m eager to help the bipolar community (I consider us more like a family!) handle the very real struggle that comes with the territory. One way I do that is by writing for BPHope.com. Reading my work there can help give you a sense of my perspective.
Another way I support the bipolar community is by listening and communicating. I am an impartial sounding board, a realistic cheerleader, a thoughtful concierge, and an experienced consultant for those who need encouragement. (And let’s face it—we all do, sometimes.)
If we work together on your bipolar management, I’ll begin by learning about your journey, struggles, and goals. I’ll check in with you daily; create weekly newsletters just for you; and be available to talk anytime you like. More details here.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions via the contact form below. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
